Gym-loving ladies man Luke Sobers is one step away from his childhood dream of playing professional football for his local club, and when he meets legendary striker Romeo Baptiste he feels closer to the big time than ever before.

But Romeo has a secret and Luke is soon embroiled in a friendship that threatens both their careers. When a road accident puts both of them in the spotlight, Luke realises that his hero is not what he seems. Faced with lying to save Romeo or exposing himself, Luke faces up to who he really is.
