TUNG raises a secret meeting to analysis the situation between FUNG and SIK and assigns YAT to keep a close watch on them. When FUNG finds that TUNG and the other colleagues had a meeting privately, YAT explains that they were organizing a welcome party for SIK. FUNG objects to the suggestion but SIK is all for it. YAT becomes the organizer of the welcome party and has to raise fund from the colleagues. YAT suddenly receives a secret call and has to apply for half a day off. FUNG approves his application uncharacteristically and promises to help and organize the welcome party.
