Rev.Chuck Smith, of New Start Rescue Mission, Quincy, IL sits down with Dr.Debra Peppers on Outreach Connection.

On October 21, 2007, New Start Rescue Mission reopened its doors. The center was closed last year due to some critical safety violations. The center is now newly painted and refurnished, ready to help those in need. New Start was founded by Rev.Chuck Smith and his wife Deborah to give men help changing their lives. Smith wants to help men find work and help guide them to what they want to do in life.
