唐僧师徒来到西梁女国，八戒误食子母河的水而怀孕。为救师弟，悟空与掌握去胎井水的鞋子精展开斗争。而西梁女王又看中了唐僧，要以身相许，让出王位，唐僧师徒无可奈何。
