悟空设计逃出西梁女国，琵琶洞的蝎子女妖，又乘机抢去唐僧，女王为救唐僧被蝎子精毁容。悟空、八戒、沙僧与蝎子精展开殊死搏斗，沙僧以水克火击败蝎子精，救出唐僧，悟空用法使女王恢复青春的容貌。
