The Chief wants to promote SING as Assistant Chief in Nanjing. HUNG has returned to Guangzhou to show his support for MUI. HEI calls for another meeting with the disciples. As KWAN is out of tune, he sends WAH. MUI does not want to engage in sinister business again. HEI and HONG are even angrier when she proposes to open up a cotton factory.
