SING and YEUNG go to get CHING’s medical report. Their hearts sink when they know that her condition has worsened. MUI cheers SING him, telling him not to give up hope. They both cry when she has finished. YEUNG takes a day-off to take CHING out. She gets to know the report at last. YEUNG announces that he is marrying CHING when he is home, telling his flat mates CHING’s days are numbered. YIM confesses reading CHING’s diary in order to prevent her from getting close to YEUNG.
