Doug and Ellie rented for over two decades. Then, when they were able to buy a home, they made a quick decision. With two children almost ready to move out, the house doesn't fit the family or the future. Designer Hilary and Realtor David are ready to help. Hilary and her team will revamp the house to fit the family's needs. David will search for homes to fit now and later. In the end, Doug and Ellie will have to choose what to do with their house. Will they Love It? Or List It?
