Steve and Theresa custom-built their dream home on a large, private lot, but the house doesn't work for them anymore. Steve wants to address Theresa's biggest complaints by fixing the kitchen and master bathroom, but Theresa would rather find a smaller home on less land that's better suited to them as they grow older.
