Kajal attempts Suicide leaving a note behind which revealed that, if her Maths Professor Hemant Phense does not engage in sexual relationship with her, he will fail her. Cops arrests Hemant. Hemant's mother doubts on him. Kajal was weak in Maths and used to often fail her. Will K.D.Pathak prove Professor Hemant innocent? Has Kajal attempted suicide or it's a Murder?
