Inspector Rukmani tells Inspector Dave and Varun to tell K.D. Pathak not to arrive in Jaipur as his life will be in danger later, she assures them that in the next hearing, all the witness will go to Mumbai from Jaipur. There in the court, Sunanda reveals K.D. Pathak that Sharfuddin came to meet her. K.D. Pathak reveals in the court that the 'Kada' does not belong to neither Sharfuddin nor Mr. Sinhal. Baba reveals K.D. Pathak that he has never visited Mumbai to cure his follower. K.D. Pathak raises doubt on Baba. Famous spice trader Premlal admits that he had threatened Akriti in regards to the land which he was suppose to get but he didn't kill him. Defense Lawyer succeeds in proving that Premlal was not in Mumbai when the murder took place. Meher Singh too was attending a marriage when Mr. Sinhal's murder took place. K.D. Pathak raise doubt on Akriti. K.D. Pathak lands in Jaipur to solve the mysterious case of Mr. Sinhal. Meher Singh gets murdered.
