TO would like to work at the clinic. CHUEN fully supports him, as this will attract different kinds of customers. TO begins to feel bored, as he has no customer at all. He suggests reforming the clinic. The nurses think that they should hire a nurse to take care of the triage. CHUEN does not agree, as this means an increase in the operating cost. TO is so enthusiastic about the clinic that everyone feels stressed. CHUEN holds a meeting with other family members on this. A community center has invited TO to provide free medical service for the old people. His family members encourage him to give it a try. TO thinks he is very popular with the old people in the centre, but they think otherwise. SUET sells medicated wine in the center. TO wrongly believes that she is cheating the old people’s money.
