Darren and Tory love the city, but with a dog and two kids, they’re tired of squeezing into a tiny urban apartment. The couple is desperate to find a spacious family property in the suburbs. And with their lease quickly coming to an end, they need to find it before they get the boot.

Drew and Jonathan step in with a real estate rescue operation and step number one is right-sizing the couple’s expectations. With the renovation-shy couple on board, the search is on for a fixer upper with tons of potential. Though Drew warns against it, a low-ball offer lands the couple in hot water. Later, it’s up to Jonathan to pick up the pace as structural issues, rising costs, and a surprise sprinkler system install leave him scrambling to complete the massive project before their deadline.
