Hatenko, a mysterious former ally of Bo-bobo from the Hair Kingdom, finally catches up with him to criticize his current status and stop anyone in his way. And to make matters worse, along comes Kitty-Poo, the second of the Baldy-Bald Big Four to finish what Battleship started.
