Japan terrorist NAOTAKE's meeting with the East Africa terrorists is not successful and they start a gunfight. Off duty police officer CHONG YAU-KIT discovers it but he stays calm. CHUNG YAT-KA, member of the Hong Kong Anti-Terrorist Force (ATF), learns that the gunfight at the shopping mall is related to the terrorists and she rushes to the place.
