YIN-SAU is accused for getting Comprehensive Social Security Assistance by cheating and KO-NGA becomes her defense counsel. GEORGE is the judge of the case and he visits YIN-SAU to learn more about her situation. GEORGE overcomes his psychological constraints and gives a fair judgment without any bias. He is overjoyed and he hugs KO-NGA happily. WING-KEUNG complains that PAU-SING has bitten him. PAU-SING discusses the case with FAI during breakfast and WING-KEUNG overhears it. GEORGE discovers that PAU-SING has stolen his thank you card to please KO-NGA and he starts a quarrel with him angrily. FAI discovers a dying drug addict at the staircases of an old building.
