Laura has to leave again to meet a French publisher and doesn't know how to tell Paolo who, in the meantime, is in big trouble with the nursery. Her partner, partly out of guilt, partly to show closeness to him, thus decides to invest part of the proceeds from the book in the quiet of a greenhouse. Michele appears to Monica in a dream and reveals that a man is about to enter her life.
