Paolo is thrilled at the prospect of having a child, while Laura is terrified of losing her child, as she has already done. Meanwhile, Giorgi discovers that Eva is gay and feels embarrassed. However, once he's over it, he talks openly with her about his plans for parenthood, receiving sound advice.

The doctor reassures Laura and Paolo: they are both fertile and can have a child. The two spend all day trying to find a place to "try," but it seems arduous. Cristina seems to have convinced herself to talk to her father about her pregnancy, but every time she tries, she's interrupted or misunderstood.
