Aunt Elvira, as always, disrupts everything, so Cristina's pregnancy is no longer a secret. Paolo is shocked by the news, considering his daughter still a child, and insists on taking her to the doctor. Laura tries to talk to her husband, but to no avail. Meanwhile, Jean-Claude's arrival in Rome is a reality, and Francesca offers to host him.

Despite it being Sunday, Laura is busy with a thousand things, and most importantly, she has to take a pregnancy test. When she tells Paolo the negative result, they both promise to try again, but in reality, both feel that two pregnancies at home are difficult to manage. Meanwhile, the aunts have prepared a Christmas surprise.
