Cristina and Raoul have decided to tell Claudia about the pregnancy, so they organize a breakfast at the Giorgi-Del Fiore house. When Paolo sees her, he recognizes the girl with whom he spent a wild night twenty years earlier. But his enthusiasm isn't matched by any emotion in her. Eva tries to console him, fascinated by Claudia.

Paolo tells Cristina that he's decided to wait before having a baby with Laura. Cristina disagrees: she doesn't want to be the cause of this decision, which, in her opinion, makes no sense.
