Christmas at the Giorgi-Del Fiore household isn't exactly a White Christmas. Paolo and Laura rush to the Pierantoni house and take Giulio and Stefania to the hospital, where the couple has no intention of making peace.

Paolo and Laura discover that Nina has ended up at the police station with Fab. Meanwhile, at the hospital, Giulio and Stefania not only won't stop arguing, but have also sparked a fight among the entire nursing staff. Monica and Giampaolo, for their part, decide to talk to Elisa together, but they don't know that she has a terrible revenge planned.
