He meets a butter-maker who is ensuring her 100-year-old family recipe continues, takes to the river in a traditional coracle, enjoys a slice of Bara brith at Britain's oldest Women's Institute, and goes back in time when he visits a Victorian Punch and Judy show. He also cooks some local sausages.
