Fredrik lands an entire building from one of New York City's most prolific developers, but there's just one catch: the project is still under construction and he's trying to sell the units before they reach completion. Ryan picks up a listing in Gramercy Park and hopes to prove that his youth and energy will be a good fit in this old and conservative neighborhood.
