Ryoma, (a prominent historical figure who fights for the creation of a modern government, to prevent colonization), has been sent to build a strong navy. Kiichi's mother, Tae, is severely burnt by hot oil. Jin is summoned and prepares to do a skin graft. He asks Ogata for lots of penicillin to prevent infection.
