Thomson, known as the god of racing, was killed by Black Impulse, who drives his opponents to death through team play. When Tsurugi learns that Thomson was the one who taught his brother how to race, he decides to take revenge. Meanwhile, the cunning Baron has prepared another set of Black Impulse as his trump card.
