Mama Lee's Soul Food Restaurant in San Antonio, Texas is starving for attention and is the project for Food Network Star Chef Robert Irvine's show, Restaurant Impossible. Chef Irvine is shocked by the horrendous state of the kitchen and calls in the only guys for the job -- the Kitchen Cousins. John and Anthony saddle up and head to Texas to save a kitchen that is in serious need of some love: the bare sewage pipe runs right over the food prep station and 4 years of piled on grease oozes over the appliances and the floor, making the restaurant a comfortable home for the infestation of roaches and rats.
