Upon the arrival of the President of the Republic of Garcia in Hong Kong, the police are aware of that there are two major functions that the President is going to attend. One is to deliver a speech at an international conference, and the other is to attend her daughter's graduation. CHIT takes the initiative to ask LAI CHUN out for a date, however, LAU CHUN takes him to go scouting around near the conference location to orientate themselves. On the day when the President is to give his speech, TSUN-KIN doesn't forget to call HO-YEUNG to check on him in disregard of the fact that he is on duty. TSUN-KIN, by using the clue that he discovered from the personal belongings of YEUK-LING's late boyfriend, locates a kidney disease patient, who turns out to be the ex-wife of YEUK-LING's late boyfriend.
