In Waterlooville, Hampshire, three competing homeowners go head-to-head in the hope of selling their house. After snooping round each other's houses, they'll get advice from Amanda and £1000 to make necessary changes to their home in the hope of getting an offer from this edition's buyers - Amanda and Ian.

Rachel and Matt need to reorganise the downstairs layout of their family home, while Don and Barbie could do with hiding some of their family life from view. But, will Mike and Bethan agree to move the rabbits that live in one of the bedrooms, which could be putting potential buyers off.
