Güneş is a 35-year-old literature teacher from Izmir with 3 children. They live their own, happy lives with their 17-year-old fraternal twin daughters Nazlı and Selin, and Peri, who is two years younger than them. The marriage proposal of Haluk Mertoğlu, a famous businessman from Istanbul, astonishes Güneş. Güneş and Haluk's relationship comes to light when Nazlı becomes suspicious of her mother and proposes marriage.
