3/4 cup milk

2 eggs, separated

1 envelope unflavoured gelatin

4 ounces cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup creamed cottage cheese

1/2 up grated parmesan

1/3 cup sweet pickle relish

1Tbsp chopped chives

1 tsp lemon juice

1/2 tsp garlic salt

1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce

1/2 cup heavy or whipping cream

Sweet pickle slices for garnish

Melba rounds *(I couldn't find any)
