The victim had been killed with plastic handcuffs tied around her wrists and ankles, a hard blow to the head and a broken neck. Who was this Eastern European woman with tattoos? Were the expensive underwear she was wearing and the rare Mexican cactus flower attached to the hem of her dress enough to identify her? The plastic handcuffs on the young woman's wrists contained the blood of another woman. Was the woman whose blood was found in the handcuffs the murderer or another victim?
