It was seven in the evening on May 6, 1937 and photographers, operators, journalists, even onlookers, were waiting for the arrival of the largest flying machine ever built by man, an immense airship, as long as an ocean liner. It came from Europe, had flown over the entire Atlantic Ocean and was about to land.
