Direction PFASTATT, in an Italian-Portuguese restaurant run by Monica, a manager with a strong character who runs her business with an iron hand. Six years ago, she sacrificed everything to open her restaurant, but today, nothing goes right and her life savings are going up in smoke... For the boss, the problem comes from her employees who lack professionalism, don't respect her and don't follow her directives... A situation she can't stand anymore!
