It is in Tarbes that Philippe Etchebest will try to save a new restaurant. 25 years ago, Christian took over an establishment with his wife Joëlle and his nephew Christophe. After years of hard work and sacrifices, today the business is failing and nothing is going right anymore. Christian has worked day and night to the point of exhaustion and has never taken a vacation.
