As the screws had been loosened before she fell from the ladder, it is clear that she was murdered. YI thinks that it is only a joke instead of manipulated homicide. FUNG and. MIN have announced their engagement and the ceremony takes place in FUNG's house. However FUNG announces it is only a gag. He will not marry MIN. MIN feels being fooled. She is discontented as FUNG has another lover. She is on the brink of collapse but she still promises to act in the film. She tells the journalist that she wants to avenge her being humiliated. When they are acting, MIN shots FUNG with a real gun. FUNG dies and the others are shocked.
