Michael then feels the heat of New Mexico's chilli pepper in a restaurant and learns how to make enchiladas.
Michael joins the Grand Canyon Railway at Williams, Arizona, to reach one of the most spectacular sights on Earth. He learns how the 7-million-year-old gorge of the Colorado River was preserved for the nation.
