Lakas belongs to the desert tribe in the Sansinukob. Despite being the poorest among the five indigenous tribes, the desert dwellers thrive in combat, raising their children to become powerful warriors. However, Lakas struggles to fit in because his father, Agos, is deemed by their fellowmen as a traitor. Seeking redemption for his father, Lakas resolves to become a great warrior of his tribe.
