Dante confesses a guilty secret to Tyler, who is so shocked that he finishes with him, while a fire breaks out in the salon, forcing Leanne to come up with a way to ensure that MirrorBel Beauty can continue to treat their clients - while trying to get to the bottom of who deliberately started it.
