VINCENT requests BEN to represent him in court and he feels a deep sense of regret for what he has done. LING suspects that VINCENT has killed TANG LOK WAI so as to cover up some of his crimes. Hearing what LING says, JESSICA flies into a fury and gives her a severe telling-off. She points out that LING has had prejudice against VINCENT and that her accusation is not fair to him. VINCENT makes a formal apology to JESSICA, and states that there is nothing to regret even if he is going to lose everything now that he has won back his friends. LING and JESSICA apologize to each other and work together with BEN on VINCENT’s case.
