YIK-HIM asks FAN-CHI to help checking out the information of YING-FUNG with Ms WAN but FAN-CHI refuses to help for she doesn’t want to offend her client. The landlord and Ms WAN go to Lung Fung Cafe together to announce that Ms WAN has bought the place and she will take ownership of it soon.
