MAK SEI and OI-KIU impersonate grey-market vendors to investigate the counterfeit baby formula case, and they run into SHUM WING after they sneak into a warehouse to check things out. After MAK SEI learns about OI-KIU's hearing impairment, he asks her what caused it, so OI-KIU recalls her childhood.
