On the beautiful Greek island of Santorini, Trevor McDonald meets a spear fisherman who can hold his breath underwater for seven minutes and explores an unusual hotel built into the side of a volcano. On the north African coast in Tunisia he interviews movie mogul Tarak Ben Ammar, who brought `Star Wars' to that country, and in southern France, Trevor encounters the cowboys of the Camargue.
