YIN promises to resign and asks for a month's time to handle the duty. FUNG is discontented and asks ZHENG to be careful as YIN may betray the company.

CHI YIN becomes the director of' her family business after YING YEUNG's death. YIN helps her to mange it.

KWAI TUNG realizes YIN's character and agrees to have him to help CHI YIN.

YIN is bothered by ZHENG's case. Therefore he determines to develop his business in the USA after he has settled down everything in Hong Kong.

FUNG is informed that his son is sick. However‧ he dares not to leave Hong Kong as this may giver YIN a chance to revenge. Later his son dies and he blames YIN.

JIANG thinks that FUNG should be responsible for their son's death and goes to kill him. After hurting him, she wants to commit homicide but she is stopped by YIN and CHI YIN. FUNG is sent to hospital……
