YIN wants to makes use of his last few years to compete with FUNG so as to get back YURK HOH and ZHENG's fortune.

YIN uses huge sum of money to consolidate ZHENG' business foundation. Implemented by investment project, ZHENG has a new breakthrough.

ZHENG is touched by YIN who comes back to him when he is in the abyss. Moreover YIN gives him so much help that he trusts YIN.

CHI CHING goes home and see that YIU YEUNG is still as naughty as before. Her parents are indeed old and have to be shocked from time to time. She is sad.

In the public auction, YIN competes with FUNG and finally FUNG gets the land at a high price. He is trapped in financial difficulties. A t the same time YIN buys FUNG's company stock in the stock market. FUNG is shocked.

ZHENG and YI declares their marriage but at the same time FUNG arrives. He threatens him to stop YIN's act or he will disclose the evidence.
