He also benefits from the advices from his right-hand man Cheuk Tai Ming, who being a smart lawyer, helps him to win tremendous profit on the sly. Siu Ling Group announces their acquisition of Tung Shing Group. Not willing to for sake his holding shares, Tung Shing contrives a counter acquisition bid. Occupied by his work in the office, Tung Shing misses his date for the anniversary celebration with Mei Chi. Ka Lam also thinks that Mei Chi is being neglected. Unexpected Tung Shing uses a very special way to celebrate, thus making Mei Chi very happy. When Wong Wing Tien, the boss of a finance firm knows that Tung Shing has been buying substantial shares of Tung Shing Group, he uses the shares he has on hand to blackmail Tung Shing. Tung Shing accepts his terms unwillingly……
