In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Neighbor Aber and Prince Tuesday visit Lady Elaine's special exhibit filled with balloons and dancers.

Prince Tuesday is happy until Lady Elaine mentions the possibility of King Friday and Queen Sara not coming back from their trip. Handyman Negri is cleaning outside the castle and talks with Prince Tuesday about his worries. At Neighbor Aber's suggestion, they call King Friday and Queen Sara on the phone to make the Prince feel better.
