HO HUNG refuses to invest in the project for his assets are frozen by overseas government. People keep spreading the news that CHIANG YUEN will declare bankruptcy. SIU-TIN thinks that HO HUNG is suspicious and he carries out investigation. TSAU-KAN meets TSU WAN who is believed to have an affair with SHING-TIN.
