YUEN WAH arranges DlK KI to meet TAK LUNG. DIK KI recognies TAK LUNG to be a suspect and asks YUEN WAH about him. YUEN WAH claims to know nothing of it.

TAK LUNG is afraid that after DIK KI and YUEN WAH get married, DIK KI would be an obstacle to his illegal business. TAK LUNG hints to DIK KI to join him but DIK KI is not moved. DIK KI decides to withdraw from investigating atahe case but is rejected by his sulperior.

PANG KWAI, LEUNG KWONG's close friend, has been grudging against DIK KI since he was sentenced to 8 years imprisonment because of elK KI's work. KWAI escapes, demanding money from LEUNG KWONG to take revenge on DIK KI. Failing to sstop him, KWONG is forced to sell his shares to BAK CHING in order to gather money for KWAI.

PANG KWAI asks HING WING to get a hun for him, Fear of KWAI, Hing WING orders TAK LUNG to force KAI TANG yield his gun. To deceive others, KAI TANG pretends that he is attacked and his gun taken away.
