However, Mayor Kang and Head Prosecutor Jang Yoon Suk discover a loophole thanks to Supreme Court Justice Jo Ki Soo. Meanwhile, Tae Yong finds out through an article that the case got granted a retrial, while Sam Soo chucks frozen tuna in Busan. Later, Sam Soo joins Tae Yong again, only this time, he makes him sign a contract.
