LAW SIR receives news from HEUNG SHING about the illegal transaction between CHAN PONG and a Thai gang. He orders CHEK NAM to prepare a strategy. They successfully arrest the two illegal gangs but CHAN PONG has escaped. HEUNG SHING wants to leave the venue but he is rescued by CHAN PONG. With no other alternatives, HEUNG SHING protects CHAN PONG to escape. On the way HEUNG SHING disguises as if he has fallen from the car and urges CHAN PONG to leave first. Consequently CHAN PONG is arrested by CHEK NAM. HEUNG SHING deceives his spy identity successfully. CHEK NAM compels CHAN PONG to tell the truth concerning the transaction.
